1940s Fashion & Hairstyle Contest

1940S FASHION & HAIRSTYLE CONTEST

We invite you to take part in the “1940s Fashio and Hairstyle Contest”.
The Contest will be held in the following categories:

• Children and youth fashion – participants under 15 years of age,

• Women’s fashion – female participants aged 16 or over,

• Men’s fashion – male participants aged 16 or over,

• Historical reenactment category – civilian or military portrayal – assessment is based on an authentic historical representation,

• 1940s hairstyle styling – assessment is based on hairstyles inspired by 1940s styles.

Below you will find information regarding participation in the Contest. Registration is mandatory and must be completed via the registration form.

REGISTRATION

Registration is available via the online registration form or during the opening hours of the D-Day Hel Event Office, located in the Municipal Sports and Entertainment Hall at Wuja Klemensa Street in Hel, Poland.

The 1940s Fashion and Hairstyle Contest will take place on 21 August 2026 (Friday) at 20:00 on the stage at Bulwar Nadmorski in Hel, Poland.

Participants should report to the stage area at Bulwar Nadmorski one hour before the start of the Contest.

In the case of minors, parental or legal guardian consent is required and must be submitted to the Contest organizers on the day of the event.
